There is incredibly slight fuzzing on the fabric near the hem at the back.
Also, the stitching that fixed the position where the shoulder straps and ribbon ties crossed has been cut.

I don't see any noticeable stains, so if you repair the crossing part of the straps and ribbon ties, you should be able to use it without any problems.
